This has been in the works for a few days now, and now I’m ready to announce it: effective today, the United States of Jamerica will move permanently to True/Slant. Change your RSS feeds, update your bookmarks and head over to my new blog.
Before I sign off from WordPress for good, I just want to say thanks to everyone who read this blog, shared posts, and offered encouragement. I really appreciate it, and I hope you can do the same at my new digs.

I don’t known much about True/Slant other than that Matt Taibbi has a blog there; but I assume this is a big step forward? Congrats, buddy.
