    You and your readers might appreciate being reminded of:
    Szanto, Andras (Editor), Orville Schell (Introduction). What Orwell Didn’t Know: Propaganda and the New Face of American Politics (Paperback) PublicAffairs (November 5, 2007).

    Propaganda and mind control are alive and well in the United States, I’m afraid. Goldberg’s book is a prime example. Unfortunately, it is worse than a joke because the book is being taken seriously–at least enough to be on the New York Times bestselloer list.

    Intellectual integrity still counts. It is hard to understand Doubleday and reviwer Oshinsky, therefore.
